The Judge Wapner branded soda pops are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shops, LLC. Robert Powells and Ryan Morgan, co-founders and co-owners of the Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shops, own exclusively all of the Judge Wapner soda pop trademarks related thereto and own exclusively all of the bottling and distribution rights to all of the Judge Wapner branded soda pops related thereto and own exclusively all other related rights related thereto. Any individual(s) and/or company(ies) that bottles, and/or distributes, and/or retail sells a Judge Wapner soda pop without the express written permission of Robert Powells or Ryan Morgan is in violation of the law, including but not limited to the federal trademark and distribution laws.
